What data Marking Gauge handles and why.
Marking Gauge has no user accounts and no forms. The only personal data the site handles is what a reader sends by email.
Technical data
The hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser and date, for security and aggregate statistics. That log is not used to build a profile of a reader.
Emails
An email address is used only to reply. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
Rights under the LGPD
A reader may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data by writing to [email protected], under Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and other applicable laws. The controller is Marking Gauge, in Brazil, with no physical address — email only.
